New Moms Therapy Group

Even the “easiest” and “most straightforward” experience of new motherhood is hard. If you’re a new mom looking to connect with others, feel less alone, and discuss what the heck is happening with your mental health, join us!

DETAILS:​

Participant Requirements: New mom of a child between 0 months- 12 months

Dates: TBD; Contact to learn more and join waitlist!

Time: 10:30am-12pm

Location: In person, off of 12th and Pine Street in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Seattle. Your baby is welcomed (but not required) to join.

Fees: $50/session (or pay up front for all 5 sessions and get $25 off!)

Additional Info: This will be a closed group with 4-5 participants
